You may be unable to delete your Business Account in Business Manager for several reasons. All ad accounts must adhere to our Advertising Standards. Confirm you have no outstanding ad account balances. It can take up to 2 weeks to process if you have balances to pay.

How do I delete my business account?
- Go to your Business Profile.
- Select Edit profile, then Business information.
- Using Google Search on your computer, select Edit profile.
- Near the top, select the Hours tab.
- Next to "Hours," choose Edit.
- Select Permanently closed and then Save.
Your Business Profile will show as closed on Search and Maps. Only primary owners can remove the profile. New owners or managers must wait 7 days before removing profile content. If your website was made with Google Business Profile, it will also be permanently deleted. Removed profile content can’t be recovered.
